Class: “Caring for & Nurturing Post-Partum Bodies” with Ellenie

With Ellenie of “Asc3nsion Art”: This class is both an invitation to learn and a call to action to take care of the birther and baby to ensure good health of the individual, family and community. We discuss the energetics of the post partum period and the herbs that can show up as allies and the medicine of community deliverance and service.
