Ingredients: Reishi, Maitake, Shitake, Calendula, Astragalus, Burdock Root
Instructions: Place herbs in crock pot or other large pot. Cover with 3 quarts of water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for three days. Add water as needed to compensate for evaporation. After three days, remove from heat and let cool. Strain through a clean t-shirt or other cloth into a bowl and squeeze herbs to extract as much liquid as possible. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
This package makes one month’s supply. Continue for up to three months to support deep immunity.
Suggested use: Have one to two cubes a day, in a little water or broth, until gone.
