Relieve congestion and promote sinus health with this simple yet powerful blend. The herbs in this blend can help reduce sinus inflammation, alleviate sinus pressure, provide relief from congestion, fight off sinus infections and ease respiratory discomfort.
Suggested Use: Bring water to a boil in a pot and then remove it from the heat source. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of the herbs. When the water is still hot but not so hot that you’ll burn yourself, position your face over the pot and create a tent over your head with a towel to trap the steam. Close your eyes and inhale deeply through your nose. Inhale for 5 to 10 minutes, or until you feel relief. After the session, gently blow your nose to expel any loosened mucus. Repeat this treatment as needed, up to 2-3 times per day, until sinus congestion improves.
